Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all registrations, participation and services in connection with Run & Fun. By registering, participants accept these GTC.<\/p>

<\/p>\n

Registration and conclusion of contract <\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration is done online via the Run & Fun registration form. The contract comes into effect upon confirmation of the registration by the organiser.<\/p>\n

The participation fee is payable on the day of the event.  <\/p>


<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Entry requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

By registering, participants confirm:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n

    that they are physically fit to take part in the run\/walk<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    that they are able to assess the route and requirements for themselves<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    that children may only take part with the consent of their legal guardians<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals for safety reasons.<\/p>


    <\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Cancellation of the contract or rebooking <\/strong>
    Withdrawal from the contract is generally not permitted, except:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      if the event is cancelled by the organiser<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      in the event of double bookings or technical errors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      It is possible to transfer the booking to another person, provided that we are notified in good time.<\/p>


      <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Cancellation or change to the event <\/strong><\/div>\n

      The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the event for valid reasons, e.g.:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        extreme weather conditions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        regulatory requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        security risks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        In the event of cancellation, no participation fees are due on the day of the event. Any further claims (e.g. travel or equipment costs) are excluded.<\/p>

        Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Participation is at your own risk.<\/p>\n

        The organiser is not liable for:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • \n

          Accidents, injuries or damage to health<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Theft or loss of personal belongings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Damage caused by force majeure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The organiser is liable only in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.<\/p>

          <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

          Safety and Conduct <\/strong><\/p>\n

          Participants undertake to:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • \n

            follow the instructions of the staff<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            show consideration for other participants<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            stay on the marked route<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            not carry any dangerous objects<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Violations may result in exclusion.<\/p>


            <\/p>\n

            <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

            Photographs and video recordings <\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n

            Photographs and videos may be taken during the event. These may be used by the organiser for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • \n

              Website<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Social media<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Future event promotion<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Anyone who does not wish to be photographed should notify the organising committee on site.<\/p>


              <\/p>\n

              <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

              Data protection<\/strong><\/p>\n

              The event\u2019s separate privacy policy applies. Personal data will only be used for the purposes of running the event.<\/p>


              <\/p>\n

              <\/p>\n

              Insurance <\/strong><\/p>\n

              Participants are responsible for their own insurance. Accident and third-party liability insurance is recommended.<\/p>


              <\/p>\n

              <\/p>\n

              Applicable law and jurisdiction <\/strong><\/p>\n
